- In-Person Consultation We'll meet for coffee or at another comfortable public location to discuss your fitness journey, goals, challenges, lifestyle, and expectations. This conversation allows me to better understand where you are today and where you want to be in the future. We'll cover topics such as current fitness level, training history, nutrition habits, injuries or limitations, motivation, accountability needs, and any personal goals you have for your health and fitness. Together, we'll create a clear path forward tailored specifically to you.
- Online Consultation If you're unable to meet in person, we'll schedule a Zoom meeting that covers the same topics. During our virtual consultation, we'll discuss your goals, challenges, fitness background, schedule, and expectations. This allows me to build a personalized coaching plan while providing the flexibility and convenience of meeting from anywhere.
